I know that Hyundai’s upped their quality game since the 90s, but there’s a limit.

This would be pretty sweet if somehow manufacturers could pull some optical illusion stuff to make this a reality.

This is disturbing to look at. I hope this becomes the theme today because I want to see all the cars like this.

It’s gonna take some folks with sharper Photoshop skills than mine. I doodled around with this for like an hour and a half.

Could have done that with my Elantra. The damn thing was unkillable. Had it scrapped simply because it wasn’t worth the trouble of selling (this was NOT a well cares for car), and not even they could kill it. A couple of years later, there it is on a construction site. I know it was mine because of the massive gashes in the paint from then I drove it through a bush and the aftermarket foglamps I installed.

Something about the smooth body reminds me of Sophomore clay studio at CCS (car design school). There was at least a few that looked just like that.
we had to use the Fiesta sedan as a base ... I know right?

Coolness, what model year? :) Friend had an ‘03 sedan, not a bad car!
I still think the older Elantra GT models are pretty neat looking, especially from the rear with their inboard extra taillights near the license plate...

Yeah, woodgrain is going to be so much harder though. I might have to do a non-grain eagle.

2000 Wagon. It’s the only former car that I’ve owned that I miss. Based on that car, a ton of friends bought Elantras of this generation and yours and none of them have regretted it.

When my boss asks me why i didn’t get more done today and I respond with: THE FUCKING BODY GAPS ON THE GOD DAMN KIA SOUL
he’s going to be very confused
and I actually work on Kia.

Ha thanks man, i spent way more time than I should have, but it’s good to use the photoshop skills every once in a while or they drop off just like every other skill else does.

It’s really interesting how much it changes a car. I hope you do make a post for the pictures.
![]() 02/24/2017 at 14:07 |

oh yeah, taking the door handles off and all body gaps? man there are so many body gaps on modern cars it’s ridiculous. the Eagle and the Vista Cruiser ones I did were crazy fast in comparison.
I think I’m going to do a few more random style vehicles and then put up a whole bunch.
![]() 02/24/2017 at 19:48 |

Heck yeah! Now if only the gaps in real life were as close as that. lol

Thank you!

Ok will do. It is hard to find a 48 Pontiac Coupe online. I saw one in person, and it is a rare car to see nowadays.
What about a 1957 2 door Pontiac Wagon. Are these pictures ok?
