Chrysler’s quality was pretty much top in the industry right up until they decided to cut corners to rush the 1957 Forward Look bodies into production, it's been spotty ever since. Basically, great when WP Chrysler and KT Keller called the shots, iffy after.

Scott Newstead at Coldwarmotors found one body structural member that had never been welded on at all and was just rattling loose inside the quarter panel when he was dismantling his '60 Fury body to splice it onto that '60 Dart floor pan
