Suddenly out of the blue (heh), Ford’s director of Comms has started tweets about the Ford Edge?

Surely that is going to steal sales away from the Bronco Sport to some extent.  Crossovers are cars now and the Edge is the new Ford Focus, so an RS makes sense (especially since they have an ST already)

In my experience, the Edge Sport and ST exist to allow middle aged dads to drive like dicks in the family car and pretend they have a sports car despite the fact they never learned to drive manual.

The only way to make an Edge ‘cool’ would be to trade it in on a V8 Mustang.

I love how the ST is literally just the old Sport trim but with more uncomfortable seats. I’m still salty I bought both the Fiesta and Focus STs only for them to say, with a straight face, that the Edge Sport is in the same family. I feel bad cause the salesguy at the Ford dealership I worked with was really good, but....yeah I’m not getting another Ford.
