I took pictures of all my meals today. It started with breakfast which was 3 eggs over medium, leftover tri- tip medium rare, a banana, and fresh bread with butter. Paired with a glass of milk.
Lunch was more of the fresh bread but this time with some cheddar cheese cooked in butter (grilled cheese) along with a honeycrisp apple and peanut butter. Paired with water.
And for dinner was spaghetti with turkey meatballs and homemade pasta sauce along with more of that bread this time a custom garlic/cheese bread. Paired with a protein shake.
I guess looking at this, I need to eat more vegetables! Also, one might assume I’m a fat ass but metabolism makes this light eating. And in between lunch and dinner I went on a nice 8 mile hike.
My day also included a bunch of Canyon carving in the miata but who cares about cars around here? I should upload my video of getting horrendously cut off by a giant RV, that was frustrating. I also bought a T70 socket, stupid Subaru using a Giant uncommon fastener like that for a 30k service item.

So what I’m getting is you made bread or bought a nice loaf at least and had to work it in to all your meals before it went stale. Pretty much SOP for me too.
Nice views.

That’s why I don’t buy bread anymore

Yup, got me dead to rights right there lol. I had some for dinner the night before and I plan to have some for breakfast Monday and use the last of it for a sandwich for lunch. Worst case scenario was if I had too much left after the third day, time for midweek French Toast! Sure it was only like $1.50 for the loaf but it's just a shame for any fresh bread to go to waste.

Life without bread isn’t worth living.

I dry it out for breadcrumbs or use it for bread pudding, which is a great way to make carbs even less healthy.
