Can I take the Nissan but with stock suspension so it would actually be useful? :P

I’d rather daily the nissan.

If on bags, then that’s better as you could raise it up, but slammed rides aren’t really my thing. :)

Now this is a question! To my way of thinking both vehicles are bound to leave you stranded in short order. Assuming the Nissan is bagged and we can come up a few inches before I leave the lot , I’m taking it. I have a soft spot for the Nissan XE which I think that is and I wouldn’t want to be associated with the Ford?

Neither?

Anything but stock. I hate stock ride height trucks.

Why not both? Because I want them both.

Meh, those trucks kind of suck, they can’t really do truck stuff. They’re better slammed than at stock height.

Oh, I don’t know...a friend of the family had an early Nissan hardbody pickup that they used for
everything...it was his work truck
...aside from the rust issues here and there because Atlantic Canada, it pretty much did whatever he asked of it without so much as a peep. I can’t think of any times it ever left him stranded and short of really heavy stuff, it always managed to move whatever he was hauling without a huge fuss. May not have been the fasted thing in the world, but it did the job!

Talk about it man, what’s your reasoning? I’m listening . . .

I have had this argument with my boss - but lowered trucks are always cooler than lifted trucks.
(He thinks otherwise, but I told him just wait until some day he pulls into the parking lot and sees my future mini-truck sitting on the frame and he’ll say “damn... Matt was right”)

All depends on how you’re going to use them, of course. I don’t like over-lifted trucks, but I also think a lowered 4x4 truck is pretty dumb.

Stock 4WD trucks are more fun lifted and modified
for better offroading. Stock 2
WD trucks are better either lowered for easier bed/cab access or given a full prerunner treatment.
My sister’s V6 automatic Silverado
is NEVER going anywhere but pavement, why the fuck do I have to lift stuff to my nipples to get it in the bed? Stupid. 2WD trucks should just sit like this. Not going off road, no reason for any more ride height than a car.

I like both

Perfectly reasonable opinion, especially here on OPPO.

Tough call. I think I’d go for the low one, in hopes that it’s bagged and can be restored to a more reasonable, roadworthy height at the touch of a button.
