I used to have a neighbor that would mow part of my front lawn when he thought my grass  was getting too Tall. Which really passed me off, mostly because he cut it so short that it ended up as ugly and brown as his yard

I know what happened. They used the rake and the ladder to steal your frisbee that was stuck on the roof!

They left the ladder and rake, because obviously the frisbee was the more valuable item.
