The helicopter is easily one of my favorite parts about attending an F1 race. Absolutely crazy what they are able to capture.

I wonder how long it will be before they have drones following the cars, I’ve seen some huge drones follow whales etc.. in antarctica.

I think they have trialed it already, I'm sure it's only a matter of time. Drones already get fantastic shots in WRC.

WRC and Dakar etc.. make sense since they are so spread out, but drones following a battle in F1 could be nuts.

Hovering the inside of Eau Rouge watching the cars fly by would be so good.
