We’ve had three days of near-perfect air quality. I’ve been able to teach from my new Zoom studio in the shed and ten-mile bicycle rides three mornings in a row. I am enjoying this while it lasts. I know that some of us are facing dire conditions right now...

We’re at 141 here on the front range in CO. I think there are still mountains somewhere behind the smoke.

Or like 500 in Portland, where a bunch of Oppos reside.

Oh, I know it’s significantly worse elsewhere, I wasn’t trying to imply otherwise. Most of our smoke is from the fires out west, and from the Cameron Peak Fire north of us near Fort Collins.

Actually Portland is at hovering around 160 right now. I saw clouds this morning! Thankfully we finally got rain and thunderstorms overnight which cut the number in half.

My dad is in Boulder, he said we sent it to him.

Did it beat the fires down any?

I don't honestly know. I haven't had a chance to look into that. Just got home from work. But air is down to 60!!!
