I couldn’t get the whole thing in one picture, but it consists of this sign, some pylons and one would assume a large lawn mower.

One of the airports we manage is similar (although the runway itself is asphalt). It was built as a WWII bomber training field, but now is just a seldom used general aviation airport. But yeah, just a huge grass field in the middle of nowhere.

Going down there is interesting, being used to commercial airports and the encyclopedias of rules and regulations.
