Kinda hot today at noon. Was going to change out the propane solenoid and add some fiberglass to the companionway. No, we’ll sit inside in the sorta A/C instead.

89 can feel like 105 because 1) there’s no wind moving, and 2) because relative humidity is over 70%. Don’t mind this kinda heat in the desert but here, it just saps any will or strength

to do anything...

Yeah, in the low deserts we call “feels like 105" Fall. We’re getting a nice cool week before another wee k end of heat advisories. It was weirdly humid (for us) this morning. 90F and 44% humidity at 9am. Just taught an outdoor weightlifting class.

I got back from the Sierra rally the other day to that humidity down here south of Tucson.  It’s definitely not “Alabama humid” but I’d never actually seen the shop’s office AC excrete any water.  It was dripping pretty good.

I liked high desert where if ya sweat you were working too hard. B ut here , it’s 2 or three t-shirts a day just walking around. It’ll get down to 75 tonight but RH goes up to 95 so no real relief. S’ok, I love being near the ocean.
