I have to admit, I was waiting for the big music crescendo when the sun peeked over the horizon. I was a bit disappointed when it didn’t happen. You need to have words with your sound team. :)

Watched it at x2 speed so that I could spot the clouds move and all I could think of was the opening of the lion king...

Neat video. I always find it funny how you can tell in time lapses when the camera decides it needs to stop down or up to adjust as the lighting level changes.
On a related note, it’s amazing to me the range of light levels the human eye can take in. There isn’t a lens or film combination on earth that can see the range of visible light that we can, and that thought mesmerizes me.

Yeah this was from my phone so it did its only thing for exposure, though I guess I could have set in manually. It was 620 though so I didn’t feel like it.
Interestingly enough we can actually display more dynamic range than the human eye currently but capturing it without software tricks is tough.
