After my crash, I was told I wouldnt ride again this year.
Well, that was just not acceptable.
Another ‘rule’ that was imposed by my parents was no track days this year. I had already pre-paid for 4 out of the 5 that I wanted to do.
one got refunded because of rona.
1 day I sold.
so 2 days left. I missed on one. The last, will be this weekend.
It was supposed to be Shannonville Fabi layout. but, we might be getting the full track layout.
On top of this, because i missed the last one, my pre-paid status will stay the same.
SOOOOOO i have a track day on sat :D Figuring out the trailer situation right now. The 675R will be coming. Just need to take it a touch slow and not do dumb shit.

It was tricky getting back on mine after I went down last fall at the track. Go super easy for the first few sessions. Get your mojo in the right place. The speed will come.
The first trackday after my crash, I faded my brakes which had never happened before.

its no sessions, basically the mechanic here rented out the track so we have 3 hours of basically
open track.
I am aware I need to build up. I JUST spooned new Pilot RS’s onto the bike, need to go and break them in tonight or tomorrow. It has reasonably
fresh pads, chain will be scrubbed (stiff link in it somewhere I need to work out) and I need to buy a new set of gloves. (I was wearing my track gloves when I wrecked)

Just remember that nobody wins track days, but people lose them all the time. Don’t be a loser.
