The only mechanical problem I’ve found on my 1997 Suzuki Marauder is that the kickstand springs are a bit warn out.

Because of this if you hit a big bump the kickstand will sometimes hang down juuuust enough to set off the kickstand safety switch, cuts ignition, which is a bit annoying to say the least.

I ordered a new spring but until it gets here I zip tied up the switch. Which has a spring loaded plunger like a door ajar switch.

Also me and the boy went for a nice ride today, and did some fishing along the way.

This is the first fish I’ve caught in like 4 years and I’m very proud of it. Lol

Yup every time he gets off the bike he says “that was fun!”  He definitely prefers riding the Suzuki with its foot boards and backrest.

10” or so is a pretty good size! You only  get a few fish sticks out of them
