I don’t know what you folks think of Alton Brown from the Food Channel but we’ve been watching his and Elizabeth’s self produced Quarantine Kitchen which we find to be just funny.
They started last week with a cover of Warren Zevon. Enjoy!

Yep, I’ve been watching him on YouTube since he first started. Watched a later episode with the family, my wife was taken aback by Alton dropping the f-bomb a few times.

I figured that was the possibility. He’s on Iron Chef and Good Eats. He’s kind of the Jeremy Clarkson of food.

Didn’t realize he was producing quarantine specific content these days, I’ll have to check it out. Thanks for the tip.

Main difference between him and Clarkson is that Brown tries to teach with plenty of why and how whereas Clarkson is more ‘b/c I said so’.
Both are goofy and memorable though, so I’ll give you that.

Yes, the parallel is Clarkson isn’t a designer or race car driver. His qualification is he knows a lot about cars and car history. Brown isn’t a chef or a practicing food scientist, he’s just really knowledgeable on things food.
And both can carry an
hour on their subjects
on
their intellect, personality and humor.
