Cam and lifters are in.
Timing is set.
Timing cover is on.
New oil pump is in.
New front and rear main seals are in.
New water pump is on.
Tonight I’ll clean up the head mating surfaces and get the heads mounted, lower intake on, rockers and pushrods in, oil pan on, and valve covers on.
Once that’s done it’ll be time to start tearing into the van so I can swap over the parts that need swapping.

Peak performance looks like a second gen Chrysler minivan.

If I’m being honest, “performance” cars bore me. I love stepping out of the crowd.

Like I said, I respect the commitment to the bit. It’s one of the beauties of car culture; I may not be into a particular aesthetic but I can always appreciate the work and love that goes into any car, or in this case, minivan.
