I got the garage primed today. Shit, I forgot how much I hated *real* painting. I miss the Navy where you just slathered Haze Grey on everything and called it good. Trying to be neat and tidy is hard.
The plan is to get 2 coats on the ceiling tomorrow, or maybe between tomorrow and Friday. I decided to paint the walls a light, neutral grey color. I just need to get all my paint before Saturday because then I go on pre-trip lockdown because I have a work trip overseas later this month.

Looks great so far! I'll be doing the same here shortly, and I'm not looking forward to it because I haaaaaaaate painting. Hate it. HATE it with a passion.

Yeah. Its a pain. My problem is Im a perfectionist, but also have very little patience. Its a bad combination.

...Are you me? I’m the exact same way lol.
As my wife, parents, coworkers, friends, etc can all attest, it is absolutely a very bad combination.
