I would love a Charger Scat Pack. I mean look how bad ass it looks. And there are some great deals on them right now. But that interior tho..

is hot garbage . I mean its not like it was the first 2 gens. But its still trash. The whole passenger side of the car screams taxi/cop car. Its just a big blank area of plastic. And those seats..

scream the same cop car/government fleet vehicle as the dash. Combine that with its truck like 15 city/24 hwy/18 combined, and its gonna be a no from me.

Good lease cars.  Cheap and you get some great noise for bit, but dont have to commit to the interior long term.

Yea the horsepower figures make it slightly more palatable . But the horsepower figures also mean you’re going to be filling up more often too.

Never understood how the Charger, with the exact drivetrain, gets a manual but the Charger doesnt.

agree - it’s basically exactly the same as the rental spec one I had. The seats kinda sucked too. I don’t mind simple, low content interiors, ( like the old original generation Magnums had,) but the interior is not this car’s strong point.

Right. That’ s whats bad about it. Its a performance trim but there’ s no distinction that it is. Plus, with this things MSRP being over $40k, you’d think they’d try harder. But they didn’ t. So you’ re just paying for cool muscle car exterior styling and that 6.4.

My experience renting a Carger R/T for a month left me satisfied with the power and handling, but jesus christ does FCA know how to bargain bin a car. I could never live with it......

I’d never look down on anyone who does though!

The Charger is a fantastic car, but that interior was starting to look data when it had its last refresh in 2015. The current Gen car could continue if they give it the interior they just put in the Durango.

Scat has multiple meanings, but growing up watching scientist track Wolves and the like on Discovery Channel, my mind has one definition forever associated with that word.

Personally, the low MPGs, cheap looking interior, and meh seats are worth it when you can get your hands on that power and exterior looks. A point that should be brought up is the fully loaded Scats and Hellcats do look a little better inside.
