“Saskatchewan day” is really a “I wanted a long weekend day” since it changes every year, eh?

Your post sent me down a rabbit hole wondering about population densities. I was surprised to discover that there are three U.S. states with densities roughly equal to, or lower than, Saskatchewan (Montana, Wyoming, Alaska).
Wide open spaces like that are hard to come by in my part of the world. I need to get out there someday.

Population density of 1.9 people per square kilometre, last time I checked. Which, when half of the population lives in two cities, means it’s pretty barren out here.
