It seems to have pre-facelift headlights and post-facelift taillights. I have never seen that before.
I’ve never seen a poorly tuned 406 sedan either to be honest.

I am not well versed on the 406 but can’t the front headlight be swapped between pre and front facelift? and if it’s not the case, the front bumper is definitely not OEM and the hood might also have been swapped.
