LOL - the kids and I watched this stupid “Don’t” game show last night, and this woman was made to eat all matter of terribly spicy stuff to win $45k, and she did, like a champ, but I do not envy her the 24 hours following...

I sure hope so! But I think we’re in for at least another 6-12 months of this. Hopefully the vaccine actually works and gives some good protection for a decent amount of time, and they find better treatments and possibly even a cure before long ( wishful thinking? ).

We’ve lived with the flu for a long time; may just have to add the ‘rona to the list... My dad will be 83 soon and my mom’s not much younger - hoping they keep up their distancing and don’t let their guard down any time soon. Thankfully I had a brother there in town with them who can deliver groceries, etc.

It’s definitely no sure thing (as it felt in 2016, and seems to feel now), but I’m hoping enough that voted with the mindset “what’s the worst that could happen?” have now witnessed that reality and won’t make a mark for him again...

That said, the D’s managed to put forward another weak candidate, so who knows?

I’m used to Chicken Charlie’s and their crazy fair food (krispy kreme burger, deep fried Oreos, etc)...so that doesn’t faze me. I’ve no interest in trying it though.

Totes. I had started going to the gym with my daughter in January, we were really getting into it when #ThatRona hit and had to stop going. I have been expanding like the galaxy since then; no exercise, eating all day long, and increased booze consumption have eliminated all the gains I made earlier this year.
