Pretty sure that guy is a chiropractor - there is also an F-150 with the same livery in the fleet, both street-parked.

The owner of the 7-Series wagon lives in my building. He bought here when these coops cost mostly pocket-change (early 80s). He does odd jobs for people - the car always has interesting stuff in the back. Talk about a survivor ...
