Woohoo! Time for some plumbing!
My building was remodeled 10 years ago so the plumbing should be in good shape. I bought a new wax ring and some closet flange bolts just in case. There’s enough weirdness in the plumbing in this house, with multiple fixtures hooked up backwards.
This thing was installed but not really used. Apparently it came out of a new house, and the owner wanted the smaller round toilet so it was replaced before she even moved in. The guy I bought it from got it for free and made a quick $30 off of me. This was a rare win-win-win situation.

Depends on who installed it. 1” over 50’ is “ok.” Depends on how steep your hill is.

Nice. A decent toilet will run $150+
