we think this is stephen tyler bobblehead. Anybody know who this is?
1967 B arracuda in the beautiful notchback body style. 6 cylinder car with a supposed 340 in it. Runs, no brakes, needs love. But what a sweetie!

Cool!

Very nice! And a 340 would be a perfect engine for that car!

That’s awesome! Is it a 4-speed or auto?

It is an auto, console shift.

Can we get a shakedown for evidence of Bondo? How's the dash? Doorhandles good? I don't think this car is sketchy enough for you. Beautiful though.

I could feel the square hole for the 1969 marker light in behind the bondo. It actually needs a doorhandle and a dashpad, and shocks, and brakes, and a ring & valve job, and tires and upholstery, and someone painted everything underhood plum crazy purple, and a fuel tank and body work and wiring. But other than that good to go!

So when am I coming down to your mecca of classic cars to drool over them?
Also, is this the one with t he curved rear glass?

Another car to add to my list of wants. That rear tail light treatment just does it for a guy.

That looks like a fun little car. I’m digging the lack of a front bumper.

I’m sure the second gen also has rear glass, but the 64-66 had the one that was a big deal.

This one was in Vanscoy, Sask. by way of Kelowna in a previous life. I’m headed to Waskesiu this weekend. But anytime really.

It has one, it’s just between the seats right now.

I figured it was around somewhere, but it looks good without.

That’s what I thought it was initially.

First thing’s first
The Triangle of Death has to go. I can’t believe Edelbrock still sells them.

Looks good without it , flush mounted and body colored would look great too.

Someday I want to build one of those for drag racing... But with the body flipped around backwards on the chassis. The huge rear window should provide plenty of visibility when the body’s direction is reversed. I would leave the engine in the stock engine bay but have the driveshaft go through a v-drive unit to send power to an axle under the engine. Then I’ll be the fastest person ever to go down a drag strip in reverse!

I support this idea, my I add that it needs to have Gasser stance?
![]() 06/27/2020 at 23:59 |

Gasser stance from which direction, though? If I do gasser stance in relation to the direction of the body, that would negatively affect weight transfer, and gasser stance in relation to the chassis would make the car look like it wasn’t modded properly. Unless it’s the kind of gasser stance where the the suspension is raised at all four corners, in which case that would probably work. And it would make extra room for the axle under the engine... I also want to make all the wheels the same style if not width so that from a distance it will be difficult to tell the difference.
