Plenty of people with the money out here for that sort of thing... that and cars don’t rust like they do on the other side of the Rockies... especially the Northern half.
So, aside from neat 25+ y/o imports like that, you also see a lot more of cars that were originally sold here in the U.S. and are 30+ years old and still being driven regularly. And why not? They don’t rot away, might as well keep driving them!
