Got the snorkel all piped in and ready to rock this weekend.
Did a little playing at our fishing holes to “test” it out.
Mostly looks something like this:
Seems to do the trick, it is quite odd hearing the engine pulling from above the passenger side windshield though.....

If the throttle body is on the driver side, why route over the engine and up the passenger side A-pillar?

Ecm, main fuse panel, battery,
and main wiring harnesses run down the driver’s side.
Far easier to route it to the open passenger side than try to move everything.

Actually, it won’t help with water. It’s a cyclone pre-cleaner that removes dust...makes your air filter last longer without clogging up the airflow. It might also help reduce the induction noise...

Who wants to reduce noise?????
I’ll play it as is for a while and see how things pan out. If the filter seems to get dirty quickly, I will definitely look into something like that.
