Why yes, that is rolling paper, a lighter, and probably not oregano. I hate this thing. I want my car back. The body shop apologized, cleaned it out, and said my car should be ready Thursday or Friday.

When I worked as an assistant principal in an urban school where, as a white man, well... Let’s just say that certain people were my friends in certain were not. but one of the people who was my friend was the lead custodian, a guy who worked for the district which shall remain nameless but it was in an East Bay City that starts with an O and ends with an AKLAND, was the lead custodian and had been with the district for 40 years. He was a hard-working guy when he needed to be and knew how to take a nap when he didn't need to be. Kind of a scruffy bearded motorcycle club type guy. But he was a good guy and a good friend to me while I was there. Anyhow, whenever I confiscated marijuana from one of the kids, I'd call this guy to come clean out the waste basket.

I didn’t find it until I was hundreds of miles away from a rental counter so I just pretended I didn’t see it. Told them about it on return and they were pretty mortified.

If I smell smoke or heavy cleaner in a rental, I return it immediately. Sometimes that just isn’t possible, so I trade it for something less stinky as soon as possible. If I don’t my allergies will go haywire.
