As found on Craigslist:
At least he’s honest about what he wants, but no.

I got lots of old computer parts that I’d be happy to give to someone. Saves me a special trip to a twice-a-year electronics recycling drop-off.

I do too, but something about the wording in this just rubs me the wrong way.

Meh, seems like the self-entitled attitude most people have these days. Especially on the Internet.

You can understand where he's coming from. I also want free shit.

Really? I have to walk like 200 meters for place that is open 3 day week or drive 4 Km for a place that’s open 6 days a week

Yeah it’s not so easy around here. Electronics recycling is by appointment only and you have to obtain a voucher through the mail to take with you to the appointment. I just checked and they don’t even have the semi-annual electronics recycling days anymore. They also don’t take several things like CRTs, fluorescent light tubes
, and a few other items that are essentially impossible to dispose of.

Soak stockpile in salt water, shake dry, and free recycling.

I’d rather have people pay me for the honor of taking my shit, but beggars can’t be choosers. Or maybe they can... :/

I’d hit him up. I had to pay to have the last batch of our old tech hauled off.

I’ve got a bunch of old computer stuff at my parents’ house that is just going to go to electronics recycling before they move next month. I’d be happy to give them away instead.

I never get why some people Capitalize E very W ord or random Words . Mostly older people do this it seems or those who english is a 2nd language. Was / i s there some weird school that teaches this as a legit method ?

I’ve never heard of such a thing, but I believe that school, or more accurately, a lack of attention in said place, is the culprit. “Capitalization? Why do I need to learn that? How am I going to use that in the real world?” You know, the rationale of every student that believes that their time there is wasted, and thinks that they should be hanging out with their friends or out there working, never realizing that they are being judged and be being thought the fool by those that actually paid attention and actually read a book or three...
