That’s one aspect of ownership I am so happy to be done with :)
Currently have a hail river flowing through my parking lot. Here's hoping the storm continues! Bigger! Better! Badder! (just please stop by morning, k thx)

Gotta love this area. Went up to Kirkland to skate for the first time in 3 months today (I tried hard and my back feels it) - pouring up there. Back in Bellevue, I don’t think it has rained at all since early morning, a bit of blue sky right now . Good convergence zone day.

I wouldn’t mind cashing in a few weeks of drizzle for a handful of big storms every year.
C ouple weeks ago we had one of the biggest thunderstorms I’ve seen in the area. Right around 9am I believe. Did you hear that one?

Same here. I love a really active thunderstorm. Much more fun than when it drizzles all day and we get .20 of an inch of rain at most.
That storm was 2 weeks ago today, I remember it clearly - it came up from the south, and you could hear and see it coming. Pretty fun.

Heh. DD and I went for a run that morning, and got caught in the start of it. Fortunately, we got home before it really opened up.
Rained HARD, and hailed here in Ravenna this evening. DS (in Bothell ) said it was “monsooning lol.”
