There are bad movies then there are BAD movies and this one qualifies. I guess if you want zero emotional connection to the characters and want to see matrix cliches played out 20 years after the movies came out then watch this movie: Priest. AKA church anointed super human vampire killers in a mad max/blade runner dystopian future. Think techno steam punk monster killing for 1h 30 min. Actually I quite enjoyed it.

5.7 on IMDB, so there’s that. It does have a pretty decent cast, though.

Please don't. That was two hours of my life utterly wasted that I'll never get back. Once you know that it exists the sky is never quite as blue and grass a little less green knowing the depths of ineptitude that we're capable of.
