Hmmm, no idea. Looks great so far, but I can't think of a car that has such a tall and narrow cluster. Probably center mounted. AZ makes me think UAZ, but that might be too obscure as a money making scheme.

Nope, not UAZ! Not Russian/Soviet...or Eastern Bloc for that matter! Another hint, it’s quite a small, basic cluster.

Obviously made in Arizona! Wait, no. Not a Ford Ka either. I’m guessing it’s European, but I’m still stumped.

Suggestion: the Ford Anglia has a really cool and distinct gauge cluster.

Not a Ka! Older and even more basic than a Ka! :)

It is European - boxer engine. :P
