As per my
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
, I was hoping to learn how to use Inkscape well enough to do up some designs to maybe put up on RedBubble to earn a tiny bit of extra money on the side. I used to love tinkering in Photoshop back in the day (like...2008) making custom vehicle liveries for Richard Burns Rally and NASCAR 2003 in university for myself and my friends, so I enjoy tinkering around in image editing programs! I’ve kept up what knowledge I’ve had since then, but not really put in the effort to learn any new software or gain many new skills in Photoshop.
Here are some liveries of mine from back in the day - I used to take part in the World Internet Rally Championship back in the day in RBR (it was a mod that added live ‘multiplayer’ to the game in the form of live timings from other players during an event, just like a real rally):

During this lockdown, I’ve wanted to get into doing some car art for my whole Redbubble idea, but to do something a bit unique. With my lack of skill learned by my first attempt at a Trabant, I hit on not doing the cars, themselves, but the gauge clusters of well known cars, plus their model designation and common nickname. :)
Well, I finally finished my first SVG file of this idea in Inkscape this evening, i.e. the FIAT 500F gauge cluster I had started! It’s pretty shitty compared to the likes of our intrepid artist, Arch Duke Maxyenko, but I’m proud of it as I’ve never really used Inkscape or SVG files at all before this. :)
This is the end result...for some reason I can’t properly upload the SVG file here to Oppo because, when I do, the text in the file (i.e. the odometer numbers/speedo speeds/etc) won’t show up on Kinja...? Very odd....so make due with this PNG version:
I tried to find a font as similarly as I could do my reference picture...sadly couldn’t find a free FIAT corporate font to use for the ‘Tipo 110F’ text, but I think it’s still a retro-enough font to look decent. :)
Here’s the reference image I used for....well, reference:
BONUS - For fun, here are the layers I created it in while making it! :)

1000 Oppo internet points if anybody can tell me the importance of the numbers I chose as the odometer reading! :P
And Super-duper Extra Bonus internet points for telling me what all the warning lights say/are for! ;)

Thanks! I used the digital copy of the period English 500 User Manual to make sure I even got the tint of the warning lights below the speedo correct :)
Just added a video to the post that shows the layers I was working in as I created it.

Odometer... something about production date? 6-19-65?

The indicators represent lights, generator, fuel, and oil, in that order.
What do I win? :-p
