interesting - looks like they swapped out the real tailpipes for fake ones too.  Hadn’t noticed that before.  Though to their credit, I still like this better than the original Bangle 7 series.

The concern I have is I’ve always thought new BMWs looked like garbage at first, but 2-5 years later started to like them.  Does that mean I’ll start to like this design rather than it making me physically ill?

They’ll still sell, too.  Some buyers will like the brash styling, these are the darlings of people who weave in traffic, never signal, always leave a light at 4K rpm etc.

I’d also say maybe that’ll depress the value of the calmer looking old model, but as some of these cars age like milk, maybe not such a good deal.

I just want to see the damn thing without the front plate. It’s going to change the front end a ton.

I honestly don’t think it looks that bad. Let’s be real, the pedestrian BMW’s haven’t looked stellar for a while. The side profile and rear look good, the grill is just...different.

I originally hated the new Audi maw face, and now I like it- maybe because everyone else just got uglier- but I think this will be less ugly in a few years. Just to be clear, right now I hate it, but by the time they depreciate I might change my mind. Otherwise a nice looking coupe.
