”cheat” is a strong word... I think ”liberal interpretation of the rules, using sound engineering principles” is more what Mr. Yunic k would have called it.

In the context of NASCAR I just see ‘ cheat’ as synonymous with your 9 word explanation.

Smokey certainly wasn’t the first nor the last. But he was v ery goo d at it.
