a prototype for Mitsubishi’s series production Key-car, the i-Miev.

the i-concept was powered by a mid-rear mounted 999cc engine.

Supposedly the I-Miev  was sold in the US but I’ve never seen one. Maybe it was a regional thing?

Probably regional, but I saw them at a Mitsu dealer when they were released and a handful on the roads around Philly not long after. I also saw one at a used car lot in Chicago once.

They did! I saw my first one in Sam Francisco in like 2013, and I regularly see five or six in austin. We’d often see one while doing the morning school run, my daughter christened it ‘egg car’ when she was 4.

I never saw one at the local Mitsu dealer even when they were sold, so I'm not sure Georgia got them.

Hmmm, I've never seen one, not even at a dealer when they were in sale. I've only seen pictures but man they look like an overblown golf cart. I think you can't take yourself too seriously when you drive a car like that.

Up to unless than five years ago you could buy a Mitsubishi i-MIEV/C itroen C-Zero/Peugeot iON for between £500-1,000.

Now your looking at between £5,000 for a 2012 up to £11,000 for a 2016.

Naw I3 is way too expensive and high tech to be a golf cart
