. No, it’s not the primate type of Ape.
A Peugeot 306, now in a rather sorry state
And a mystery. No, not the taxi. It’s a Toyota Avensis. A t one time most taxis here were Avensises. No, it’s what’s under the cover. I have a theory.

I’m guessing some sort of American muscle or pony car, or a Toyota/Nissan pretending to be one.

That poor Ape looks neglected! I wonder how much they would want for it...considering the Ape50 has bike controls...I wonder if I could register it as a bike...

I’d be
surprised if it was any kind of American car, we don’t do them much. My guess was a Capri, although
now I think the rear is too high for one of those.

It’s in a garden centre and it has at least air in the tyres so I’m guessing they use it to move small things around. It’s not registered so doesn’t go on the road.

Interesting fact, well I think so, during this period.
The first gen Toyota Avensis is called the Toyota Corona in Latin America.

Saw a full sized newish Dodge Ram getting gas at a station driving from Belfast to Dublin last Fall. Definitely stood out.

Glad to hear it may get some use....I just noticed the tires were fairly low and the wiper was broken and assumed it was abandoned :(
