I throttled back last night. Haven’t had an electric bill from March-November since I put in solar in 2017, just paid $60 for April. So I shut down the dedicated folder that is my oldest machine (with RX580) and contributes 360k a day and more heat than the other 2, and shut down my son’s computer for the night with the 1080 that gives us roughly 1 mil a day. I left mine going (2070S and 1.4 a day) since I don’t want to drop out but it will keep my points up and not make it hot enough to have the AC running all night.
I’ll bring the kid and the folder back up when the sun comes up today and I can open the windows without rain coming in.

Well, last I checked the No. 1 team had over a trillion points, so I don’t think we’re a contender for the top slot. But the 100th-ranked team had a little over 4 billion, and I think getting into the top 100 is a doable goal.
