From left to right I am seeing a Renault 16, unknown, unknown (Fiat 124 or Lada?), Renault 5, Renault 6, s omething Japanese, Renault 5, VW Beetle, Peugeot 104.
A picture from the mid-late 70s, I imagine.

The something Japanese is a Datsun Cherry/ 100A.
Based on the fact that most cars have blue plates, except for the 16 which has a yellow plate (allowed from ‘ 75, and I can imageb often fitted to make cars look newer) , I’d second your guess for mid-late 70s.
