My mom wanted brisket. So Brisket it was.

10hrs in smoker , last 3hrs basting

I had marinating over night last night, then put it in the smoker at 7am.

Nice job . I stopped doing briskets years ago. So much effort...

Homemade chicken fajitas + all the fixings (grilled bell peppers, guacamole, salsa, etc). Drinking, family eating - too tired to eat lol.

Finally found a salt free recipe for enchilada sauce. I am closer to making healthier chicken enchiladas :D

We had c rappy yet somehow delicious WinCo pizza (their dough, their sauce, we shredded some cheddar and moz, topped with 500 billion pepperonis, about 30 whole minutes of work). I suck.
