Af ter lowering the truck back down the jack is still a little off, I forgot this thing is 4800lbs

Yeah, maybe time for a new one... Definitely wor th $100 to avoid the risk of having the truck fall.

Thats really odd. Can you tell what is bent? What is the jack rated at?

Mostly the wheel post, but I think the frame a bit too. As it sits idle , the rh wheel is a couple mm off the ground rather then making complete contact
