I just bought new Martian Tire (Kenda) replacement wheels for my Harbor Freight trailer.  They were 10 or 15 more than the Harbor Freight replacements but are rated C instead of just B.  This allows them to go 62 mph instead of limited to 55 and have a higher weight limit.  The axle is kinda cheap on those so I don’t think I would want to load it past its current 1400lbs rating. I did put in new bearings.

They say once one goes, the others are likely to soon follow. The others get overloaded for a period of time when the first one shats the bed.  That’s why I carried two spares, when I had a tandem axle trailer.
