This is a good one, too. More than just one “moment”.  L’homme a des couilles , as they may or may not say in France. At any rate, he’s clearly a believer in if in doubt, power it out.

The closest thing it reminds me of is when I went go karting and it started raining. Suddenly the competitive guys stop being dicks because there’s no traction, and everyone is doing slides because it’s easier than not. You’ve got girls and kids out there drifting like champions because that’s what happens when you steer a locked-diff kart.

The driver’s youtube feed (esp. the vid   Jb boin posted elsewhere in the comments) plus a little work with Mr Google, makes it a 1929 Frazer N ash “ Martyr” special .

It would appear that Marty r (which is an excellent name for a prewar race special, BTW ) was a favo red name of Mr   Frazer- Nash, as there’ s also such a beast as a GN Marty r special. Frazer- Nash was the “ N” in GN Cars before he went out on his own.

So neither a F rench car nor a F rench driver, ju st a French circuit.
