Sylvie found half a bungee cable and was very happy.
We walked by the Tom Price car compound, I heard this is his office and maintenance facility. Who knows where he keeps all his cars, like the Ferrari GTO.
Anyone up for girl scout corona cookies? The boxes were in ziplock bags! That was optimistic....

Bungee cords are no joke. My young cousins were playing with one under their (other) grandmother’s supervision when one of them let go and the end hit the other in the eye. I don’t know how many surgeries he had to deal with to get his vision back.

Yeah they sure can bite. Sylvie only found half of one and ran with it bucking around and left it behind after ten minutes.

My son was playing with a shock-corded tent pole. I told him to put it down. I told him it would hurt him. The goofy kid held up the bundle to look through it like a telescope, then pulled one segment out to “focus” it. When he let go, it popped him right in the eye. We were fortunate that it was just a scratch and two weeks of putting goop in his eye and covering it with an eye patch was enough for it to heal.
He did a better job of listening to my warnings after that.
