Well technically it’s a Conquest Tehcnica which is a pretty cool name. This model was touted on its many electronic advancements like electronically controles climate control, the same voice alerts as some other Chrysler models, and an optional digital dash board. It also came in a very 80s Black and Tan two tone
I’m guessing this one doesn’t have the cool digital dash because the seller didn’t take a picture of it, but we get a few Picts of the BROWN interior. And the two tone seats say TURBO as you would expect.
Here’s what the digital dash looks like. This one seems to have a different layout than what’s in the car. EDIT: the Technica package come with electronic gauges standard, so it does have them. They must just have a different layout than the later Conquest, which is what I have a picture of here.
It’s a pretty cool car. As much as I love the iconic box flares of the later TSIs I still think this one is very rad. Sadly the sell is letting us play the guessing game on the price. That or he actually wants $12,345 for it. Which is say is about 3 times too much.

That is very cool. Just needs the later cars’ iconic wheels in gold, and a bit of touch up...
Just imagine that car if it were built with today’s tech.
A modest-size RWD turbo-4 cylinder with competitive power levels.
Sleek modern looks, and a liftback hatch.
and a focus on as much technology as a mainstream affordable car can include...
It would probably be half-way between a Tesla Model Y (liftback, modernist styling, and tons of tech) and a Mustang EcoBoost HPP with the upgraded LCD dash and premium interior, turbo engine, magneride suspension, etc...
Perhaps a turbocharged engine as part of a performance PHEV, like BMW i8's drivetrain.
I am waiting for a car like that.

I’ve always liked these and part of me feels like they could be a low key investment car. They are weird and kind of rare (I imagine most of them rusted away or ended up at the crushers) . 80's nostalgia is coming back into vogue so I think the market on these and similar cars could go up. Or the seller is already reliving the 80's and is high on coke thinking it’s worth $12k. Not yet, but maybe one day?

I fucking love it. My 87 Galant had that same steering wheel, media buttons and all. Except it didn’t say Conquest, obviously.

We have a few cars that are similar. Just a distinct lack of liftbacks

We need more wedges and louvers, without a doubt.

Too bad the seller won’t price it. Nice seats. These always make me think “Cannoball Run II” and the funny turbine sound made by the car.
I spotted a somewhat forlorn widebody car street parked in Seattle a few years ago. I should have peeked inside:
