In a blue state with a low cost of living. Governor is doing the right things, and a strong unemployment system.
Have been furloughed since the end of March from the car biz through April, and received an email yesterday saying expect to be out through May. Thankfully I can retain my benefits at my regular employee pricing.
I just certified my fourth week of unemployment today, and see that I have two pending backpayments of the $600 weekly enhancement.
I am so lucky to not stress over paying the bills and feeding myself and my kiddo these days
I hope anyone else here so effected should be as blessed

Same sort of thing here. Much to be grateful for, many blessings. I’m glad you have some too. My 19-YO daughter lives up in Humboldt County with the hippies and the $600/wk enhancement will be more money than she’s had to live on for many months.
