On Friday when I got home from work, I decided I wanted to get out and do something rather than just isolate at home. Since the sun was soon to set, I figured a nice drive was in order around my local area. Great views, empty twisty roads for days, and just a great evening breeze to enjoy some music and driving. The route I ended up taking up Yerba Buena might have been more fun in the Miata with how twisty it was but I like to change things up and do a Canyon carve in the STi every once in a while. Fun times anyways!
Made it into a nice loop around from the PCH up Yerba Buena and then back down Encinal and across the PCH to get home again just as the sun dipped below the horizon around 730. Then after watching the season finale of Ozark (great third season!) I got to bed and got up decently early for a long hike. Teaser photo of that hike that I’ll write about next!
Sunday is hopefully wash, clay, and wax the subaru. As well as neutral switch change on the Miata. Maybe a nice drive in the afternoon. And an Easter dinner with the roommates, got a spiral ham to cook!
