That was a big motivator. Most of my neighbors have a detached garage in the alley and we are a relatively busy area for pedestrians.

Wow, nice work.  Reminds me of when my wife and I bought our house as a vacant property at auction.  Weeds were like trees and midway up to the second floor windows.
