We have two lambs suffering from c occidiosis at the moment... It’s a protozoan infection, like giardia... Lots of p oop. Plus special meds, electrolytes, and more frequent feedings. Last night we had the sicker one (who was also stepped on by an adult and has at least a broken rib, and injured hind leg) in the house all night... We were constantly woken by a dismayed little baaa, followed by the sound and smell of explosive diarrhea eman ating from the giant rubbermaid tote she was confined too. Tonight both are spending the night in the barn again. I am c elebrating.
Tastes like fresh hops flavored candy...
Hits like a sledgehammer to the temple.

I’m trying to pick between root beer, birch beer, or cane cola.

I’ve always thought birch beer was tragically underapp reciated.

10/10 would recommend, also 11.7%

You’re correct in that assessment.

Coca Cola. Boring I know.
I’ve a couple of Guinness, couple of Old Speckled Hen, tiny bit of whiskey but three litres of Coca Cola and two litres of Pepsi.
I’ve not been in the mood to drink.

That looks delicious! I’m having some banquet beers and then when I’m feeling saucy I have some Melvin ipa, shades slick city citrus, and roadhouse mountain jam hazy ipa

Say what you want about American beer but you do get some really good stuff that we don't have over in Europe.

It is very hit and miss for very American reasons. Things would be much better here if all the small local breweries hadn’t been put of business to begin with. Our food regulations are also quite far from the old world which lends itself to different avenues of development.

Like Svend, a Coke.

Agreed. The good stuff is really good, but there's also a load of crap, and legacy national-brand garbage.

I usually say that both the best and the worst beer I’ve had I’ve had in America. One of my absolut favorites I’m drinking right now.
The worst one was when I asked a pretty bartender to surprise me and I got a beer with pumpkin and chocolate taste. A surprise for sure...

nothing. Been out for over a week, and I’d feel like a shitheel going out just to buy beer or something.

I found an obscure beer and it’s really good!

Missed opportunity if you didn’t recognize implications of a blumpkin in the offing.

I had to google blumkin as I’ve never heard of it... God dammit!!!

Good to know Frasier’s dad is still alive.
Edit: never mind, that’s Ballentine, not Narragansett.

I wouldn’t hold my word as gold here. Sassy reply by her if you do take it as a cause for reflection.

Sure, I’ll dig it up. Are you a brewer?
![]() 04/08/2020 at 21:05 |

Yeah Marty drank that gold can Ballantine, which I’ve never had because it’s legit not made anymore (at least I don’t think)
I have had a Ballantine beer before though!
