On the Family hauler. After 3 tips to Myrtle, lots of bugs and the kids having their way with the interior the CRV needed some help. Its very difficult hoping around on one foot but i must stay active and busy.

Those wheels look difficult to clean. What did you use? I had some difficulty with some normally easy 5 spokes today because I had a bulky brush.

I used this wheel brush i found at home depot, plus a wheel cleaner and pressure washer did the trick.

Looking good.
I just watched the neighbour clean his car (ye’, I pointed out the bits he missed and then got them for him).

Im rusty, plus a broken foot dont help i missed some spots, i will do her over. The CrV has alot of bugs in the front from some trips to Myrtle beach. Do you recommend a clay bar?

For ingrained bugs I soak a piece of kitchen paper towel in quick detailer or bug remover then lay it on for a while. I don’t use clay bars but if you do, that’s fine but you may micromar the paint so have a bit of polish ready to hand to correct it.

Place a piece (cut to size if needed) over the area and then liberally spray with bug remover and leave to dwell for a minute or so. This should hydrate the dead bug so it comes off easier.
