My brother has my nephews on a 10 points daily system. They have to complete 10 points before 3pm to be able to have free time aka go outside or video games

1 point is earned on various things like:

teachers online lesson plan

homework

watching an educational video over 10 min (How it’s made on youtube, etc.)

read 2 chapters from their book

complete puzzle, lego, playdoh set

20 min of fitness

house chores

cook lunch

etc.

Thats not bad.  The girls are doing a pretty decent job at staying on task.  These are things I can point them to if they “are bored”

That’s excellent!  I just tell my kids it’s okay to be bored.  And to learn to deal with boredom.  This is more fun.
