Ugh...that thing was just as bad. At least they would adapt that one’s sole redeeming feature onto a concept based on a production car the year after, the Regal Cielo.
Amazing how, in the 90's, Buick’s concept cars went from decent ones like the XP2000, to the Signia and Cielo.
Fortunately, the Regal Cielo in 2000 was the start of a bounce back when it came to Buick concept cars, followed up by the Begnal and Blackhawk in ‘01, and it was pretty much upward since.
